Neil Young Football Academy (NYFA) is committed to your privacy and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual.
Examples of Personal Information we collect include but are not limited to names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including postal mail correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.neilyoungfootballacademy.com.au, from browser cookies and from third parties whose policies we do not guarantee.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our Services to you, to satisfy regulatory compliance, for analytics, and for marketing. How do we collect your information?
We collect your Personal Information when you use our website to enquire about our services, to apply for our programs, to register for our programs, to pay for our services, to make a purchase on our online store, to provide reviews of our services, and to respond to surveys designed to improve our services.
Security of Personal Information
Our website is built on the WordPress platform, and this is used as our web content management and ecommerce provider. WordPress provides us with the online facilities that allow us to sell our products and services to you. Your profile, and purchase data may be stored securely on this website, but your credit card details will not be.
We use the Square Payment Gateway to process your credit card payments. The Square Payment Gateway adheres to the PCI-DSS card data security standard as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify you. However, some of your Personal Information will be stored by us for a minimum period of 7 years in order to adhere to statutory compliance.

Interested in joining the academy?
Considering joining the academy? Prospective players are required to express their interest by filling out the contact form available on our website, after which they will receive an invitation to participate in a trial. Upon acceptance into the NYFA Elite or Development programs, players will be issued a unique code for complete registration.
